The way to the perfect ski boot:

STEP I:
The consultation and Analysis

Talk to our experts, tell us about your previous experiences, problems, etc.
We determine your foot type, as well as important components. Every foot is unique with its own characteristics. The analysis is one of the most important steps for the later fitting.

STEP II:
THE "XD" SCAN

The exact "XD" measurement is the basis for choosing the ski boot and shaping the customised sole.

STEP III:
the shoe selection

After the analysis of the foot and the XD scan the suitable model is selected.

STEP IV:
The shell customisation

By changing and correcting the ski boot, we customise the shell according to your foot shape.

 

STEP V:
The CUSTOMISED insole

With our thermo-formable insoles, you will receive precise foot arch support, thereby avoiding pressure pain, cramps and numbness of the feet.

STEP VI:
Foot preparation

To achieve perfect grip and optimal guidance during skiing, as well as to exclude pressure points, various parts of your foot will be taped.

STEP VII:
Forming

The foaming of the inner shoe and the thermal shaping conclude the complete customisation. Your ski boot will be ready for use after curing.

STEP VIII:
Schnaps
